Manage Users

When a user’s account is created, the user receives an invitation to create an account via email. From the Users list, you can track user statuses, resend pending invitations, or remove a user’s access, if needed.

On the Users List, check the Status column to see whether or not a user has accepted the invitation. If the invitation status is Pending, you can resend the invitation. To re-invite a user: 

  1. On the Users List, click the user’s row to open more details. 

  2. On the user’s profile page, at the top right, click the Actions dropdown.

    • Select Resend Invite, to resend a notification to the user. 

    • Select Remove from Organization to remove the user’s access to a particular organization. 

    • Select View and update access to view and edit the user’s study/account and organization level accesses.

    • Select + Profession to add the user’s profession.

  3. Once all updates have been made, at the bottom left, click Save.
