Add a profession
Navigate to the Users list.
Click on the user’s name to open their profile page.
On the profile page, click on + Profession.

Select the user’s profession(s) from the list.
Select the state(s) that the professional is licensed in.
Fill in the capacity percentage (this must be above 0% in order to be eligible for a care assignment).
Click Save at the bottom left.
